Commentary on the book of 2 Corinthians

Paul by the Holy Spirit wrote to the church in Corinth and warned them in his first epistle about many evils. The church accepted his teaching and obeyed his commands. but some objected and began to question Paul's authority.

In this second letter Paul was led to state that he was indeed an apostle and spoke for God. In so writing he revealed a great deal about himself. He praised the Corinthians for obeying his ealier letter but waned them about false teachers.
