Angels In Charge
Stories of God's protection while teaching in Zambia
In this fresh and intimate book Betty tells how the Lord protected her through some harrowing experiences while teaching at the University of Zambia. Her purpose was to lead the reader to praise God for His care for His children and to encourage young Christians who have advanced degrees to join the great missionary team. There are universities in several mission fields where English is used by all students. Infinite spiritual opportunities are to be found on every side.
In particular, she wanted to appeal to young Christians who are considering a service for the Lord overseas but are fearful and concerned about the risks, to remember the psalmist words, “For He will give His angels charge concerning you. To guard you in all your ways” (Ps. 91:11).
